Clouds over Loveland Pass on the Continental Divide in Colorado. Image in color. Only one original edition of 10 signed prints of this image is created, signed, dated and with a certificate of authenticity. This image is available as a signed original or an affordable unsigned open-edition print. Signed originals are considered valued works of art because of the artist’s signature and the edition number indicating the rarity. For that reason they are created in limited numbers or a single original. They are printed on museum-quality rag fine art paper or canvas or metal. Open-edition prints bear no signature or may have a digital stamp. They are a very affordable alternative for people who simply love the work and can be purchased on various grades of paper and sizes to reflect your cost constraints. Their value is purely personal for people who love art and want to display an image.

Wayne’s images are a celebration of life, blending the real and the surreal to achieve a sense of place or time that reaches beyond the moment into what he calls a "dreamlike quintessentialism" designed to spark an emotional response. Using digital enhancement, handcrafting, painting, and sometimes even straight photography, King seeks to take the viewer to a place that is beyond simple truth to where truth meets passion, hope and dreams.

With the recent explosion of images generated by artificial intelligence as well as the phenomenon of intellectual property theft, a purchaser has two general choices to make: Purchasing an unsigned, open-edition print, or purchasing a signed original work of art. Purchase of an affordable, unsigned, open-edition print should be done simply because you love the image - or it fits the theme, size, color of others you wish to display it with. Pricing on such images is generally very affordable simply because the value is in the pure joy associated with owning and displaying it.
